Swimming pools are valuable assets that bring about positive change in people’s lives and strengthen overall community wellbeing, and we couldn’t be more proud to be a partner of the Royal Life Saving - Western Australia's Remote Aboriginal Pools Program.
Royal Life Saving WA established the Remote Pools project in 1999 to deliver a range of swimming and water programs to empower remote Aboriginal communities and promote sustainable change, including:
🔹 Improved swimming and water safety skills
🔹 Improved school attendance
🔹 Improved health and wellbeing
🔹 Better connection to country
🔹 Stronger family and community connection
🔹 Greater self-determination and autonomy
We look forward to continuing to support Royal Life Saving WA and the Remote Pools project for many years to come, and a huge thank you to our team who have championed this project internally over the years!
