Alkatane HD1090 is an injection moulding grade of High Density Polyethylene with a good balance between flow and impact resistance. Alkatane HD1090 is intended for use in the production of mouldings such as pails, crates and closures. Addition of a UV stabilizer should be considered where the intended application involves intermittent to extended exposure to sunlight. Suitability for use in any application should be determined by appropriate performance testing.
